5 · WHO ELSE RECEIVES YOUR DATA
We use the following companies to run our business. Each of them processes data on our instructions, under an agreement with us.
Wix hosts our website and handles the contact form. It receives anything you submit through the website.
Calendly handles call bookings. It receives your name, email and booking answers.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) handles our advertising. It receives website visit data through the Meta pixel.
Google Workspace provides our email and file storage. It receives any correspondence with us.

6 · THE META PIXEL, EXPLAINED PLAINLY
Our website contains the Meta pixel — a small piece of code provided by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram.
If you accept cookies, the pixel records that your device visited our website and sends that information to Meta. We use it to show our advertising to people who have already visited us, and to measure whether our advertising works. We can see group-level statistics; we cannot see who you are personally through the pixel.
The pixel only loads if you accept marketing cookies. If you refuse, it does not run.
You can also control this in your Facebook and Instagram settings, under advertising preferences.
7 · CALENDLY, EXPLAINED PLAINLY
When you book a call with us, the booking runs through Calendly. Calendly receives the information you enter — your name, email address, and your answers to the questions on the form — and sends it to us.
Calendly is a separate company and processes that data on our instructions. Their own privacy statement applies to how they run their service.
8 · DATA OUTSIDE EUROPE
Some of the companies above are based in the United States, including Wix, Calendly, Meta and Google. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it takes place under the safeguards permitted by European law — including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
